Hey Louis Vuitton! Forget Michelle Williams, the face that you’ve just paid big bucks to be the new face of your iconic luggage – take a look at Tile app instead.

Sure, celebrity-endorsed print advertising in glossy mags is a tried and tested model – but in a digital world where traditional print is in managed decline, how about some digital mojo?  For instance, how about putting just a slither of your celebrity slush fund into buying up Tile app, the new smart luggage tag that lets you locate your Vuitton luggage or handbags anywhere in the world via a smartphone.  Use your timeless monogram, and you’ll have a hit on your hands.

Perhaps digital innovation is not as sexy as Michelle Williams, but Tile is smart, and with Louis Vuitton branding, it’ll become a cult object.  Oh, and it’ll make you money rather than cost you…
